Default lt1 -ls1 coil per cylinder conversion

I am runing a 396 with afr 220s solid roller with stock pcm with ed wright tuning am having a problem with car braking up in higher rpms for a split second looking for any buddy with any info on benifits or personal experience with this conversion.Am looking for a kit to buy for this conversion any info thanks.

when it comes to LT1s I'm clueless... but I copied this to the LT1 section too... so hopefully between the two sections you'll get an answer

how are you going to get the crank/cam position sensor from the lt1 motor?

making an opti work on a ls1 harness?
