Default Rev Limiter on & off

What's the difference between "rev limiter on" and the "rev limiter off" on the Predator?

lol. well it is. it just turns off the rev limiter. which i would not do myself. if it will let you change it, then go for it, but turning it off completely could be dangerous later on. mine is set at like 6800 i think. if its off and you miss a shift...that would just be bad....
