LTRIM bank 1 and 2 +25 need help

LTRIM bank 1 and 2 +25 need help Both banks on the Ltrims are running +25 O2's were bad replaced with another set i had and after idling a little while start dropping off to the 300's and spiking lower. Need suggestions on where to start checking?

ltfts first what are some of your mods, i just went thru this with mine, and now i have tuned all my ltfts from idle to wot and even decel. along with changing my injectors.
