Do you HAVE to swap PCM's doing a A4/M6 swap? I have lifetime LS1 edit from MTI & would like to keep my PCM, do I HAVE to swap it for a M6 car PCM if I do a M6 swap?
Debating getting a Vette or keeping my TA but I want a M6 either way....just trying to see what all I'd have to do & get to make mine a M6.

the PCM is the same, but you need your PCM reflashed for an M6 ...
and I'm guessing the MTI lifetime thing doesn't include Transmission changes ... but best bet... call MTI and ask

Hey, thanks for the offer! What a great community! Probably why I don't frequent any other forums anymore unless I'm looking to sell or buy stuff or I'm linked from here. Then again I don't venture out of the Texas section much either unless I'm researching.
