Default G-Tech info

I have been thinking about Getting a G-tech recently. I'm leaning towards the Pro RR. Does anyone know anything about these or have any experience with them? I just want to get some background on them, and see how you like them.. Any help would be much appreciated..

Thanks

I got the Competition model, mechanically identical to the RR. Works great, way better precision than the old Pro, cool software that's actually useful (two modes, road racing and drag) and bunch of cool gizmos, like sequential shiftlight. They are a bit on the gentle side though, you drop one, you can pretty much expect it to not work anymore.
i mostly use it to tune on the road. it's a great little helper.

I've got the competition model as well, and would echo what Supra said. I wouldn't recommend it if you have any sort of scan tool and you are only into drag racing. The data available out of a scan tool is probably more accurate and there are several programs available that can calculate hp from your scan logs.

However, if you are into AX or RR, or don't intend to get any type of scan tool, I think they are a good spend.

Check out their web site, it is very helpful !
