Default Possible TM issue?

Im wondering if it would be possible for TM to cause a engine to not rev any further. Im having a problem where at 5800 the engine just sits there and won't progress anymore in rpm but its not like a rev limiter it just goes from making power to just going flat in a second. Its getting fuel but it seems as if its pulling timing way down. Do you guys think that it could be a torque management problem?

TM wouldn't do that. Do you have a scaner?

Yes i have a scanner im not quite sure what it is.. Everytime i have logged i haven't got anything that indicates the "bog" it has. Everytime it hits 5800 it just nose dives and won't clime at all past 5800 it just sits there. It feels like when you hit a govenor but doesn't feel like a rev limiter. I have adjusted the rev limiter tables and abuse mode tables and raised the limits but it doesn't have any effect. It will keep building more and more power and then hits 5800 and completly dies. Also everytime i have logged i haven't been able to get much data at 5800 its always right before 5800 and then it will be lower rpms from the shift. The only thing i could possibley think of is if it was retarding timing because of torque management. Other than that im lost and i really need to get the engine up to at least 6200 for the size cam im running 230/245 @050 .540/.570 lift 112lsa . Im running 30# svo injectors and all my ltrims are within -+5%

Is this a new problem? Was it running OK before? Did you change the valve springs to match that cam? (valve float will have same symptoms)

Well see that is what i pushed it off as was valve float on the stock engine, then i got the first 383 and was having the same problem and thought it was either the stock intake manifold or not enough fuel. So here i am on my current 383 with the same problem and i know its not fueling or the intake manifold because i put a different one on there.. Im running the same springs i was running on my first 383 and my engine builder says they match the specs of the cam, there the crane cam 99846 spring and the specs are:
Outer Diameter Top 1.255
Inner Diameter Top .870
Damper YES
Seat Pressure @ Installed Height 125 lbs. @ 1.800
Open Pressure and Height 383 lbs. @ 1.200
Coil Bind 1.100
Average Spring Rate 428 lbs./in.
Maximum Net Lift 0.640

It seems like this should be enough spring not to have valve float problems and this has been a problem on every engine i have had in there. I'm stumped

so what is the timing doing at 5800
I have only been able to get it to log up to 5700 but not 5800 because the next thing the log shows is for the next gear because it can't capture fast enough. At 5700 im getting 30 degrees of timing and injector pulsewidth that indicates around a 70% duty cycle

Some have said they think i might have a weak coil or ignition module but when i ask others they say im looking to far into that. I would also think if it was a bad coil or ignition module it would be more like a miss and be rough at that rpm and not just nose dive.
