Default dynamic airflow spikey at idle, rpms vary

now i know the airflow and rpm willl vary at idle but im wondering is there any way to smooth this out? i am assuming the timing would play a large role. i was at 23* then went down to 20* and lower i went it seems to go worse, but i thought to get this better going lower was a fix, any ideas waht to try to do?

As you know, mine is the same way. I havent put that file in you modded yet, so just been messing with the VCM Controls. I get it smoother with a combo of more IAC Steps, and then raising (smoothing) out the advance. Hopefully it will all come together when I put the new shortblock in, new cam and everything...another reason I havent messed with it too much.
