Default Tip in Detionation

I'm having problems with my 98 with tip in detionation. It happens at 3-7% TPS and goes lean as soon as the map changes before the maf even sees the airflow. I have tried anywhere from 22-29 degrees and it will always pull 4 degrees. I have also has AF from 14.7-11.5. It also does the exact same thing when I get out of the gas. I get no KR anywhere else on motor or nitrous. This is my first time using HP Tuners but have tuned a few different standalone ecus before. It there a map I'm missing?

I just kept bumping up the VE table until I killed that.
Unsteady MAP exposes the speed density tune for
what it is. If your O2s dip immediately before the KR
blip this is telling you the speed density tune is too
lean, at that particular point (or more likely somewhere
just prior, as the O2s are always a bit later, down the
pipe a ways).

Now, 4 degrees is also the magic number for maxed
KR and the notorious '98 knock sensors. If these have
not been replaced with the newer P/N you might want
to not go chasing anything more difficult, yet.

I added up to 50% to the ve table and it had no effect on it. Do I need to play with the MAF table even though it happens before the MAF datalog even changes.
