Car wont go to closed loop??? Ive waited 10-15 mins still runs in open loop, it has been to a couple of tuners hasnt had a full tune in a while...will this hurt performance, this started after the last tuner fixed some thing..it dosent seem to run as good??

It's probably running on the secondary spark table and the secondary VE table (if it's pre-2001). That will make it feel sluggish depending on how it was tuned. Double check to make sure everything is plugged in (MAF, O2 sensors, etc.). If all looks good, find someone with some software to take a look at it.
