P0171 & P0200-Can these be related?

P0171 & P0200-Can these be related? OK 2 days ago I did 2.5" mandrel all the the way around,cut cats, Pacesetter LT's, and Magnaflow dual in/dual out single muffler. The first night I got a P0171(fuel trim system lean bank 1) and Im almost positive(99%) its an exhaust leak where a flange was put on the end of the passenger side header becuase there is an exhasut leak there. The next day I got the p0200(injector control circuit). My buddy thinks that it is becuase of the exhaust leak as well overwhelming the injectors adding fuel. Is this realistic? Thanks!
