Default Weird issue that doesn't make sense

I have been tuning in open loop and all has good. I monitor the % difference from 1.13 commanded. Well at the track two weeks ago I was monitoring it and from 5600rpm - 7000rpm in the 95kpa range, my % off was only -1 but when I switched to the wideband a/f window, it showed it was running 11.9 -12.1 range but all the other was around 12.9 - 13.0 range. I verified that the whole commanded range was set to 1.13. Any clue to what has been going on?

Check to see if you disabled cat. converter protection. It will dump in extra fuel (affecting your commanded AFR) to keep the cats from overheating.

I just looked at one of my old tunes I have on my laptop at work and it was turned on. What triggers it to that mode???

I just did a search on HPTuners web site. I gues the computer tries to assume what is going on and dumps fuel thinking the cats are heating up. I wonder how much more power I will get back, I am going to guess a good bit.
