Cam specs inside and cam surge ?'s I am planning on getting this cam for my 2001 Ls1 motor in my 93 Z M6- (SI2 224 224 .581 .581 112) I am hoping with the ls6 intake, pacesetter, ported tb, underdrive, and all bolt on's to reach 400 RWHp and about 380 torque. The only question is that I had a h/c LT1 car with a spec stage 4 (unsprung disc) and M6 and no tuner could get rid of the cam surge with a CC306 cam the surge was so bad that i pulled the cam. I want to know before I go this route how much can cam surge be eliminated. I am planning on having speed inc do the tune but also want another opinon. I am also going with the sprung spec stage 3+ clutch. Thanks in advance.
