Why do my timing tables hate me?
It seems I can't run any timing. I'm running 93 octane gas, my cam does have 4 degrees of advance in it, but wtf. I'm getting numbers as low as 10 in my spark table, just keep seeing knock, and keep having to back of timing. Any ideas? Tune is below:

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check your knock values against a later model knock table.
Early ones sucked.
Also false knock is nothing to worry about, if you make more power with more spark then Id investigate there.
Min Best Timing is a good way from knock point.
Show us your knock logs

Sure thing. I'm not so sure it's "false" knock though. It's a 01 Camaro SS, so I have the later knock values. Here is the log. I actually made the changes to the bin I posted earlier following this log.

It would probably more helpful to see a logging run in
Excel form, and try to see what precipitates a knock
retard event. You need fueling to be right, and tip-in
especially can tend to get lean as you add airflow-
improving mods without informing the PCM by way of
the VE table. Additionally by the time you have moved
to a large cam, you presumably have upped the cylinder
filling / pressure enough that you are reducing the max
spark tolerated by the motor. Can't go by what stock
people get away with, anymore. But I would put a
careful eye to the fueling situation first.
