the low trac light isn't controlled by the PCM. I believe it's controlled by the BCM (Body Control Module)
the low trac light is likely either lighting up if:
1. You damaged a reluctor wheel somehow (I damaged one of mine putting longer wheel studs in, so I set TCS and ABS lights sometimes)
or
2. You're really get low traction (remember an M6 will apply more power to the wheels)
Good choice on HP Tuners though I was just over at Keith/Magnus's house today ... and some of the new things they're releasing in the coming months ... well let's just say wow...

yes i do. and when it comes on the car kinda boggs down a little. Like the pcm is reading it and ajusting it so i don't tear anything up. I will pull really hard then that damn light starts flashing and it kinda feels like your driving into the wind.

When TCS is going, it will retard spark first off.
If you have certain tune faults or just a MAP sensor
problem, it will sporadically turn off TCS. Look for MAP
related codes. Especially on cammed cars that idle at
high MAP this can nag you.
Blinking SES is misfires. Do not know about blinking
Low Trac light, have not seen that. Don't know what
the vehicle in question is, I am only used to F-bodies.
