Default Having some issues

Ok well I installed most of the mods in my sig (except for catback, TC, and lid) this winter and the car is beginning to act weird. I have removed my rear 02 sensor codes as well and my AIR and EGR with my HPtuners but haven't done much adjusting further from that. The car runs very strong but acts very funny. If the car sits for over an hour and I go and drive it around I have no issues whatsoever and thats good, but if I drive it and then shut it down and go back and drive it again within a short span or time (hour or less) it idles crappy and bogs down when I start to drive it, often stalling out. Once driving the car this way it bogs bad then, seems to learn itself out and drive great after a minute or two. I'm stumped and looking for ideas here. I would scan it, but my friend has the HPtuners as of now and were trying to get it fixed but hes been busy. When it first did this I read a bad pass 02 sensor, so I replaced them both with the Bosch vette rears. My IAT sensor also read high voltage but that was due to the wire comming out and that hasn't come up snce it was fixed. Any ideas?

Thinking this is maybe too much enrichment from the
various sources (afterstart, etc.) not playing well on a
hot motor, which perhaps still is not super well tuned in
for the heads/cam (these always make the low end of
VE table over-predict airflow unless changed). Use the
scanner to log commanded AFR (or I prefer to see the
fuel air multiplier aka "EQ ratio" as that corresponds to
all the tables' basis). Are you stumbling through some
period of piggy richness that goes away once you hit
closed loop?

I believe that its a rich period due to the smell when it runs like that, but it could be me just getting used to having no cats. Definatly bogs bad but wakes up and changes tone after a minute or two. I have to drive it out though, letting it sit really doesn't help.

ok I have the HPtuners now so what is the first step I should take? Keep in mind I'm completly new to all of this so you may have to walk me through it all.
