Longtubes and ORY tomorrow, EFI Live tuning help...?
What should I have done tuning wise with an experienced programmer on EFI LIVE do to help my car out. No prior tuning has been done. Any links or explanations on what to change the shift firmness to (brand new tranny) would be great.

Make small changes to trans until you find what you like. Start by taking 5% out of the desired shift times. You can also try increasing base shift pressures by 5%. Just be careful with 4th gear as this is one of the weak points in the tranny.
As for fueling, get your hands on a wideband to see where your at. With PE as rich as it is from the factory, your fueling might be right where it needs to be at WOT. Chances are it's not though. Best thing you can do is read, read, read the stickies. Learn how to do it yourself. Then, go give it a shot. When you run into specific troubles/issues, then come ask for help. Nobody here likes to explain in detail week after week how to tune. That's why we have stickies.
