Do I need a Tune?? Is it absolutely necessary to tune my car right after swapping out cams...I plan on tunning anyways, but not right away.2000 C5 A4

if it is running fine and you can have someone look at your AFR using a wideband and it is 14.x around part throttle and what you want WOT, then you are fine.
as long as it isn't a big cam you will be fine. if it is idling funny and surging then you need a tune (Driveability and other issues will be solved)
seriously buy a wideband if you don't already have 1.
