Default Simulating a lighter flywheel

My 06 Z06 has a slow RPM falling rate. It is gross and feels lame. I like a rapid responsive RPM change like a light flywheel. This plagues the Corvette line and there is a way to program it out, but I don't know how. I tried some unsuccessful DFCO adjustments. Does anyone have any experience?????

It is simple to correct. It aint the flywheel. look for Throttle follower decay.. Bigger the number the faster the car will lower rpms

the only problem with that is with what is currently available to the public I don't think there are any throttle follower decay parameters to tweak in this situation.
