Default tune question

i got a mad Z28 tune for my small cam, and it still smells rich, is that normal? but the tune, DR's, and B&M shifter + my mods, i went from 14.1 to 13.5. my 60ft was 2.0 with DR's(same as street tires). so it was all tune.

smelling rich is often misleading. Usuallys just when you take the cats off people starting saying they smell fuel

If the car is lean and the O2's are tyring to compensate, they can dump too much fuel making it smell rich.
