They seemed to have great customer service before the sale, but now I am having problems. They owe me about $150 for a returned unit, and they said the refund was being taken care of.. but that was in january!

Anybody know the owners? I am sure its an honest mistake.. but I have sent 5-10 emails with nothing more than a "we are looking into it".. and its been MONTHS.

Never heard of them. Assuming you used a credit card, initiate a charge back. It will take 30 days, but you should get your money back. In the meantime, I would seriously look at the EFIlive Scan tool. It's a great scan tool with LS1/LS6 specific paramters and offers bi-directional controls (allows real time adjustment, though not permanent) at a good price. You can also upgrade to the tune version later on if you want. I would also look into Autotap, but I'm not sure who sells it anymore.

You can google on AutoTap and find their home page. I am currently having pretty good success with it, but you have to buy the enhanced parameters. I bought mine used in the For Sale section.
