Get the one from AKM. I don't see any interface in the one you are asking about. The one from AKM works with Tuner Cat and Datamaster.

well that first cable, it seems to say it has the interface built in. This is what it says.....

""The ALDL Cable
Let's look at the ALDL (Assembly Line Diagnostic Link) OBD1 interface cable first, since we sell low cost ALDL OBD1 interface cables. It may possibly be the only thing you will need to buy to do your own diagnostics. You can make your own cable, but it is much quicker and less headache to buy one already assembled and tested""

So does that mean i dont need the other one since this one is built in? It says its compaible with DataMaster and a bunch others.

You have 2 threads here where people have told you to get the AKM cable yet you keep asking about this other one. Just buy whatever you want.

well for the guys in my shoes. I emailed both people and AKM cables uses the interface between the 2 cables. So you got 2 cables connected in the middle with the external interface. The ALDL cable has the interface built into the computer end so its a internal piece. So there both the same and work with datamaster and lt1edit or tunercat. Just the ALDL's interface it built into the cable and not external. CASE CLOSED!
