Default P0342 camshaft position sensor low input?

My car is getting the this code. How do I fix it and what problems will it cause?

No, starts right up. It seems like it breaks up a little at high speeds (like 90 or higher) that is the only problem it has.

Believe the cam sensor is at the rear top of the
motor. Might try to feel around for loose connector
or wire harness damage.

In general stuck-low faults mean an open circuit
in the wiring, or a loss of power. Are there any
other sensors complaining about stuck-low? If so
that might be ENG SEN fuse but a single bad one
probably is more localized problem (wiring or the
sensor itself, just bad or come loose; magnetic
pickups can be fussy about positioning / proximity).
