Default B1001 Restraint code...SES?

Well after putting heads, cam, intake, injectors, ported/epoxied throttle body, pulley, etc. i am getting this B1001 Restraint code. I am pulling an SES and that light just annoys me. This is what is seen in the helms manual:

DTC B1001 is an indication that the restraints IDs stored in both the IPC and SDM do not match or that the VINs stored in both the IPC and SDM do not match.

I have not replaced the ECM or anything like that. I don't know what the IPC or SDM even is. Then again, I don't tune cars.

Here is a copy of what the HP tuners showed:

[Restraints] B1001 - Option Configuration Error (History) (Immature)
[HUD] U1000 - Class 2 Communication Malfunction (History) (Immature)
[Restraints] U1000 - Class 2 Communication Malfunction (History) (Immature)
[Restraints] U1016 - Loss of Class 2 Communication with VCM (History) (Immature)

you have the b code because of the u codes (comunication) ipc= insturment panel cluster sdm= sensing diag. module, air-bag.
recheck your work make sure all grds. are hooked up. did you get the ones on the back of the head? one of those is for the data link.

i am pretty sure the grounds on the back of the head are on. the weird part about this is that the SES light tends to come on if i let the car idle for a few minutes. it has a tendency to go off if i go drive it around. i don't know if maybe one of the grounds is bad or what. basically what you told me, i have no clue what it means. like i don't know what the data link or the sdm or ipc is used for or how it functions.
