Could be:
Cracked plug
Plug wire not snapped on all the way,
Bad plug wire
Bad coil
bad connection at coil
Bad fuel injector
bad connection at fuel injector
Bent or broke pushrod
broken valve spring
broken rocker arm
Tune issue if you have a cam
etc, etc, etc......

Had that code when I put top engine cleaner in the engine and also a few months ago a mouse chewed one wire near my pcm harness. Fixed the wire and no issues. Look at the wires coming out of you pcm, never know.

I just fixed my problem with my misfire. I tuned it up 2 times and found a manifold leak and it cleared it instantly. So if u do a tune up and it doesn't fix your problem then check for vacuum problems.
