I'm am going to be changing my computer to a 99 and up. Do I need to change my engine harness or any sensors?

There are a few old threads here that a search may bring up on this subject, but YES, you are in for a bit of work. It is definitely a LOT more than just a PCM swap. The good news is that a few HAVE done it, so it isn't some insurmountable task or anything.

if you have efilive you can swap just the pcm, but note, your TCS will not work (nor will evap)
