Default Disabling LTFT?

Ok I am trying to run in SD mode and had a question. If i disable the LTFT's in the PCM would all fueling come from the VE table, including PE?

no, you will still have short-term trims acting. They disable by turning their enable temps up very high in their table. It's the closed loop enable table.

Also remember that HPT has a table that enables stft in open loop. However, does any of this really have to do with MAF VS SD? You still need to disable the MAF separately.

Disabling the LTFT's just make tuning that much faster if its already close. You don't have to drive for a long time to get enough data to make some adjustments.

if you turn the closed loop enable temp high you will be in open loop only

you can just un-check the box for ltft enable in the switches section then you will still have closed loop and stft's but the ltft's will be turned off

With the car going into closed loop, all fueling isn't table based, it's correction based.
