Default AF-voltage conversion

Is there a chart available that gives the voltage-AF conversion for narrowband stock O2 sensors? I need to know what AF equals what voltage; specifically what 12.5 - 1 voltage would be.
Thanks

NB's are non-linear and not accurate enough to draw a reasonable conclusion as to what mV is what AFR.

A 12.5 AFR could read anywhere from 850 to 980 mV, depending on the vehicle. You really need a WB to have any confidence in the reading. Guessing with a NB could get way more expensive than investing in a WB.
