Default 42lb injector tables?

Anyone have info for 42lb injectors in an LS1? I'm installing them next week... LS6 intake, stock MAF, FTRA, Lid, Ported TB, TEA S2 5.3L heads....

I'm not sure which table(s) to modify and what to modify them to... going from 26lb injectors to Ford MotorSports 42lb injectors.....

Thanks!

Mike,

going off your mod's list, (nice looking car man!) go back to your stock setting for the 26's, and multiply your inector flow rate table by 165, that'd get you in the ballpark for tuning. if that's rich, go 175, if it's lean go 155, from there, tune your pe VS rpm to match and you're ready to rock and roll.

Good question... though I don't know the answer

They're these: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...MS%2DM9593F302

so I'm guessing they're at 3 bar (what is that like 48psi instead of 58 ?)

yeah, most are rated @ 3 bar (44.1 psi I.E. the motorsport 42# green tops). you rarely see them rated to LS1 specific pressure so they just act like a bigger injector. i did this on my 99 sunday night using the multipliers mentioned earlier. it's going to need some fine tuning as well, but that will definately get you in the ballpark. (driveable, at least)

You rock I put the injectors in today (and fixed a problem I was having w/my knock sensors.. turned out to be the harness), fired them up w/no tuning... wow sounded bad *** just couldn't rev very high and fuel was puddling out the tail pipe hehe

So then I multiplied by 190.5 (Found an injector flow rate sheet that ChrisB made, put my values in and the values returned turned out to be 190.x% factor) ... LTRIMS maxed out... so then I did your 165 (on stock values) and LTRIMS are around 3.4 or so I've got another tune I'll load tomorrow that should get the LTRIMS around 0 to -1.6 (I'm going to try 155, and if it's too much work up)...

Now when my LM-1 WB O2 comes I'll be able to play w/the PE vs RPM tables

Thanks again!
