Default Best way to tune WOT, PE/RPM, IFR, MAF

What is the best way to tune your car on a dynojet with a WB?
Modify the PE/RPM table?
IFR table?
MAF table?

My belief is that it is very important to have your LTFTs ironed out before you start tuning on the dyno. All LTFTs should be very close to zero, and if not, slightly negative. You could almost get into a religious debate as to wether that should be done with MAF tables or IFR. For now, just believe that either way they need to be ironed out.

Then, and only then should you take your car to the dyno and start tuning. And then when you do, you use the PE/RPM table to get the best curve you can. Blanket then with one number if you only have time for that, and then if you still have time and the will, you can start to fill out the torque curve by changing individual cells. Always keep an eye on the wideband to amke sure that what is the best power isnt above say 13.0 to one. Any higher and when it leans out on the street with higher load, it could go too lean and detonate.
