Should i buy this??
i know a girl that is willing to sell me her 02 trans am w/ the ws6 package on it for 7000 even. it has 164,xxx miles on it or so. the car was only driven on nice sping and summer days. no rain, snow, etc. THe car runs awesome and has no problems with it what-so-ever. its in awesome condition. The only downfall is that its an automatic. I really want a manual but i think this is a great deal. Wut do u think????

If it rides nice and runs good? Lotta miles though, but if many are hiway miles, that's a plus. How long has she owned the car? For the time she has owned it, it probably has not been hammered on much.
But if you really want a 6 speed, make sure B4 you buy an auto. If you do buy this auto with the mileage on it, it would probably be tough to sell. The miles prolly kill it in KBB or NADA.

unbelievable, the KBB says 8755.00 private party sale in good condition. i can't believe that. I suppose it is, what it is.
There's a lot of great rides with low miles, some nicely modded in the classified section. The 7k might be an ok deal as long as you have the funds to back up all the small problems a 164k mile car has. Bring someone knowledgeable ( i'm not at all saying you dont, just another perspective) to see if there's anything wrong with the car.
Better to be safe than sorry, imo.
goodluck

It depends if it has everything you want out of a WS6 that you are looking for. How's the paint & interior? I would have the car looked over, also pay the $20 and do a carfax on it just for the hell of it. You might not get much info from it or you might some valuable info from it. If you are serious about buying a WS6 you should do a good search for one and might come across a M6. Most of the ones up my way for sale are M6's and the A4's actually seem to sell $$ for more then the M6's.

THe was bought brand new. SHe is the only owner of it. the paint and interior are in very good shape. Also the car was garage kept win it wasn't being drove so thats another plus about it. I'm just having a hard time finding a m6 around my area for sale. i live in southern indiana.

if you want a m6 dont get the auto. you will always regret. and thats not that great of a deal either considering mileage. even if it runs well im sure it has or will have many other things needing replacement like aircon, suspension, etc
