Default need help badd

Just got my ported trottle boby back put it on the car now when i start the care it ides at 2500 rpm and dont go down, any ideas what going on, i need help badd, did i put one of the senors on backwards i dont know want to do

check engine lights on? Did your throttle cable strech somehow?

there might be some kind of screw that controls how open it is at idle. since its wider, you have to make it more shut with no throttle. at least there was on the old car....

i would think something to do with the maf maybe if you didnt touch the throttle cable or screw also check for codes lilke they said

Sounds like the blade is not fully closed at idle,,,there is an adjustment screw on the TB that may need to be adjusted,,,or the porter removed too much material around the blade area, causing it to suck more air than its supposed to. The person you bought it from should be able to assist you with some trouble checking. Good Luck!
