I can't say for sure it's the best, but I've been using the slp cover linked below for quite some time now. It's very nice. I've noticed that as the surface gets heated by the sun the underneath side stays cool so when you take the cover off and get in the car it doesn't feel like it's been sitting outside all day lol. Also, water is able to evaporate up through it but not come in through the top.

Again, Idk that I would say it's the best, but I've had really good luck with it over the past couple of years.

california car cover company has a few out door models that are fantastic! i'm rock'n a Stormweave out door cover and is great! i have 6 grommets( 3 on each side) and use bungie cords to secure the cover around my hawk. i've had no issues with it blowing off in high winds

Cover King-Body Armor/Auto Armor (one of the other) HANDS DOWN the best cover I've seen. Soft, thick (four layers) and does the job.

Go get it.
