Default Will longtubes with cats pass emissions?

Will longtube headers and LS6 heads pass emissions with the original cats back on? No visual here in Henry County, Dyno test only.

I'm about to drop 10gs on this Trans AM, and could use a little feedback. I'll most likely be picking up the car today, I'll let you guys know. But, just a feeler here, if it fails emissions, would anyone be interested in a trade for stock headers? I was thinking if maybe I heat them up good enough before I go, that it might pass the Dyno test. Or anyone willing to trade their short tube headers, that way I can put the cats closer to the engine.

Im around the Atlanta, GA area, more specifically Hampton, right nere the Atlanta Motor Speedway.

If you could fit the original cats, yes. That's why you need to get aftermarket headers & a catted y pipe if you want to pass emissions.
