Took 2 attempts but I'm finally back into a WS6 - lots of pics!!
Long story, but I'll try and keep it short. I had an '02 WS6 a few years ago but a lady ran a red light and totalled it. I've had a few cars in between (including a CtsV) but I'm back into a WS6 again.
I thought I had one purchased last month but the seller backed out last minute. We had already agreed to a price, I had set up transportation and everything and he decided to change his mind and keep it. I was pissed at the moment but things worked out and I ended up with a better one.
Anyway, I just picked this one up a couple hours ago. I bought it about 2 1/2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience with the first transportation company so I decided to change companies and the new company was way better in every way. I had it shipped from Maryland to Utah.
It's an '02 with 27k miles. 690 rwhp. LQ9 motor, D1SC Procharger, cam, long tube headers, exhaust, and a lot more. The guy took excellent care of it and only put the best stuff on it.
Now on to the pics. There's a few with my buddie's SS as well.

first thing to check is that the swing arm has an unobstructed range so that it will go all the way down to the bump stop. if it is indeed hitting the bump stop then you can make some adjustment to the headlight lid via the screws hidden behind the black plastic cover. if thats not enough then you have to ask what is bent out of shape, but I suspect you should be able to straighten it with the screws on the lid, but check the arm swing first incase it's bottoming out on something.
