If I remember correctly (ordered mine 3 years ago), they came individually. Each came with a bulb, but you'll need to pick up a harness from an auto parts store or order them individually.

I too believe that they come individually. And they do come with bulbs, which are 9006xs lows and 9005xs highs. You need the straight xs bulbs if you don't want to modify the buckets. As far as the harness, I just snipped the factory plug off and spliced in a harness for the new bulbs.

The bulbs that come with it will work without modifications. I was just adding that in case you decided to get other bulbs for whatever reason. 9006xs bulbs are the same as 9006 bulbs, but with a straight base. 9006 bulbs have an angled base. When I got my housings, I changed to a whiter, different color bulb (which is a whole other story in itself!) to match what I had in the fog housings.

DEFINITELY sold individually! the only reason you would need to modify anything is if you wanted to swap the 9006XS/9005XS bulbs for the 9011/9012 HIR (NOT HID) which is a common recommended upgrade for normal 9006/9005, I have done it on my Trailblazer but the HIR bulbs are only made by like 2 companies Phillips (also sold under the Wagner name for about 2/3rds the price despite being LITERALLY THE SAME EXACT BULB, it even says PHILLIPS on the Wagner bulb, the only difference is the box they ship in) and I think the other was Toshiba, the issue is those aren't available in an XS (straight based) bulb so you would need to do some cutting on the buckets (not the LMC lenses but the buckets they sit into on the car) to make clearance if you decide you want another step up over standard Halogens. As for the wiring, I just straight up cut my original pigtails off and soldered the new ones on, but I did it with some "extension" pigtails I had laying around from some old HID kits from previous cars because the pigtails that came with the LMC's felt super flimsy and cheap.

From what Ive read LED bulds will just glare and blind other drivers with these standard housings.
Try the 9012 bulb, but you need to modify the bulb housing and the stock headlight backing plate thing to get them to fit, they are definitely not a "bolt in".

Surprised with the low beam having the cap that LED would still blind others. They seem really similar to the halogen shine in my other vehicle. Dont seem to spread as much as the HID. I think I may have a set and if they fit I will try to get some output shots just for reference.
