What to do?
I just came into a bit of money. I won't say how much, I'll only ask what can I do to make my T/A look cool?
Already planning on a new HU and speakers and a new exhaust system.
I'm not really into performance, more into style. So what can I do to make my 01 black vert look cool?
P.S.: It was born a sleek beak, it'll die a sleek beak, no RamAir hood for me.

02cetransam: Do NOT want to lower it because I drive on some of the worst road conditions.
Zero4488: Intake and exhaust are already on my checklist, just gotta find a reputable place.
conde'strans: Ehh, not so crazy about tints. When I was going to college in Arizona I tinted my Grand Am to lower the temperature inside the car. In NY it's not really necessary. Cops around here are pretty stingy so I don't want to make them more suspicious.
What's a good website where I can look at pictures of rims?

seriously tho, how can you be driving a T/A and NOT be into performance???
Gotta agree with the TTII's tho, nothing looks as good to me as those with the 11's out back (yes im partial, i have the same setup)
what color is the car? black out the taillights, sidemarkers, remove the side molding, tint, decals/emblems of your prefured color, call it a day...

arioch: I'm just not. I've always loved the look of the Firebirds ever since I saw my neighbor's '82 SE. It was a 4 cyl, but man did it look good. When the 4th gen bodies came out I wasn't too impressed, until they redesigned them slightly in 98. I was immediately hooked. It's all about the look. Oh, and I absolutely HATE Camaros. Always have. Was turned off by the 3rd gen body and never recovered. The 98-02's are decent, and the 2009 model is ok, but.......eww.
My bird is a triple-black '01 T/A 'Vert. Decals are a good idea as is the side molding removal. I can't find a decent picture of these "TT II" rims. Can you provide a link?
In 2001 I saw a set of rims on a 99 Salene Mustang that were the coolest thing I'd ever seen. There were only two "spokes" but they were thick and curved to form a somewhat "S" shape with a big circle in the middle, and they were chrome. If I ever find those, I'll buy in a second. I think they were 18's, didn't have a chance to stop the guy and ask.

I'd put a nice set of rims, either the TTIIs or depending on how much $ you got, look into some of the fiske wheels! Tinit it, and look into some of the performance mods that are bolt on, intake, exhaust, but nothing major,

Thanks to everyone for their input. I've compiled a list of things I'm going to do. In order they are:
Intake, Exhaust, and Headers
Honeycomb decals for the back-up lights
HID Headlights and Angel-Eye fog lights
New HU, Speakers, and Amp (no subs, I like trunk space)
Side-Molding removal
I'm still 50/50 on the Lambo Door Mod kit...I think it'll look kickass for a 'vert, but I just don't know. Sometimes I park in a garage with low clearance (6'6").
I'll try and post pics at each stage. Anyways, gotta go to work. Catch y'all tonight.
