New 1/4mi times in the cooler weather last night @ prairie hill dragway
Last time i went to the track i was running 13.3-13.4@105-106. still running with the lazy 3-4 shift if i can figure out why its not shifting in the power band i believe i should be hitting 12.9-13.0 every pass
Tonight i went out and the first pass i clicked off a 13.18@106
60' - 2.096
1/8 - 8.581
mph - 101.40
1/4 - 13.180
mph - 106.72
2nd run
best reaction of the night @ 0.042
60' - 2.081
1/8 - 8.508
mph - 102.04
1/4 - 13.093
mph - 107.53
3rd run
60' - 2.080
1/8 - 8.53847
mph - 101.66
1/4 - 13.13348
mph - 107.39
i'm pretty happy with the results. i just wish i would have hit that damn 12.9 that ive been shooting for all season haha

Nice G8 by the way, I was the track last weekend also but in my camaro. I ended up braking a part on the rear suspension on the first pass, thats why the car kept blowing the tires up the rest of the night.
Your G8 should be faster I think, I ran those times with just a CAI and tune. When I was at the track last in the G8 I ran a guy with headers, CAI, tune and he was well in the 12's every pass. I know he was always a good car link in front of me.

I agree I should be faster but there's two things killing me. 1. Leaving the line from idle
2. The trans tune is not dialed in all the way. If you listen to the video you can hear the shift into 4th right as I'm about to cross the line. Shifting way out of the powerband.
I need to get a full dyno tune and get that trans tune fixed and I should be in the 12's for sure.
