STS kit...

I wanted to know what would be needed to make a 01 or 02 trans am kit work on a 2006 GTO? This is for the rear mount turbo

No clue man. Probably just the piping i would imagine. Get the universal kit its cheaper then just have an exhaust shop do the piping for you.

The only thing you would use would be the turbo, wiring and oil pump(feed line too). Your better off buying a universal kit(if you wanna save some cash) and fabbing the rest.
