They are Speedhut gauges, but for a GTO, you get them at SCSS: http://www.teamscss.com/Pontiac_GTO_Shop.htm

They are indeed SpeedHut gauges. You can order them directly from SpeedHut with the GTO logos and all - which is what SCSS does - or you can customize it with your own logos, messages, or whatever you want.
The quality is...deeecent. They aren't the most reliable gauges in the world and the gauges look kinda lame when you look at them up close because they print the backgrounds with a lo-res image, or at least my gauges are like that.
They match the interior PERFECTLY, though.
Here they are on my car.

I have the SCSS gauges in mine. They LOOK awesome and factory but not real accurate. They have a tendency to fluctuate with the draw on the battery.(oil press and volt goes up/down when lights are turned on, sometimes the oil will go over 100, then back to normal)Pretty common from what I have read. Mine were not plug and play... had to wire them, but came with directions. I got mine used off of another GTO forum for $275.

To install the replacement panel with the gauge package, you need to clearance the plastic (all hidden under the panel) a bit to get them to sit flush like mine is the photo. Just use a dremel. My gauges are wired up through an "oil filter sandwich adapter" and not plugged into the gauge wires under the panel. I only think some '05 and '06 cars have the wire harness under the panel, not all cars got it. And I also think you have to buy specific gauges from JHP for them to work.
