I made my own kit with a wilwood master, 14" drilled and slotted 2011 Camaro rotors, Cadillac cts-v 4 piston calipers in the front and moved the stock GTO 2 piston calipers to the rear...just had to make a few adapter plates and brackets, then slightly modify the rear parking brake shoe

Yes they do have a manual brake kit for the gto. it is usually used for cars with big cams that dont provide solid vacuum. i think walt made it. cant really remember ill look it up and post back

I used the 2011 Camaro 14" rear brake rotors and even running 18" wheels i had to FI a LOT of grinding on the back side of the caliper to get it to just clear the inside of my wheel...after the rotors isbolted in place with the lug nuts I just dropped the factory GTO front calipers on the rotors and made an adapter plate out of 3/8" plate steel.

Front or rear, I can't remember which one, one slid right on, bit had to do a little dremel work on the center of the other set of rotors to get them to slide on....sorry I forgot about that lol I did mine about 3 years ago.
Also on the rear I used the gto parking brake shoe but I had to cut a slot at the top a and pull the two sides apart a hair, welded the slot shut again and welded bigger gave on the ends at the bottom where the adjuster/ pull meets the shoe. The Camaro shoe is just a little bigger than the GTO shoe.

don't mean to come across as an ***, but why the hell would you do manual?
If it's a vacuum issue, then convert it to a hydraboost system (uses hydraulics from PS pump, splice in so to speak [so you still have PS]); it was a factory offering in some GM cars and many of the diesels, so you could do that way or they have aftermarket ones also. superior to a typical brake booster that uses vacuum and it doesn't take up much more diameter then the master cyinder outline.
2nd option if you don't have or want PS, is an electric vacuum pump, like the ones they used on RV's, some diesels and IIRC some of the cars.
3rd option is a vaccum reservoir canister. However, the problem with these is they give you 1-2 successive stabs before you lose vacuum. Not a problem unless you're in heavy stop and go, but it was a PITA enough for me to ditch that on my chevelle (it only puts out 10-12" HC @ 1k rpm, sea level) and get a hydraboost system.
