Glove box refuses to open

Glove box refuses to open I've been getting used to my Goat, and I just realized that the glove box refuses to open. The latch will move, but it absolutely refuses to open. Also the glove box itself rocks back and forth where it normally sits, like a table that's off balance.
Anyone else experience this, and how would I go about fixing it/what parts would it take?

Glove box got taken out. Turns out the dowel (on the left) was in place, but the clip on the right side was up a notch to far, causing the mount to not set. The latch is screwed up along with the actuator and someone bent the rod between the latch and actuator.
That along with getting a few new OEM parts for my Malibu is going to cost like $200
