Default Should I...or wait...

So I'm thinking about trading in my trans am for a GTO...
actually this one in the link..
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...00&cardist=113
Do you guys think this is a decent deal..also all the carfax and everything are clean and good..the only thing i dont like is its not a 2005...which is what i was aiming for...but if its a pretty good deal then i guess the extra money can go with some upgrades to keep up with the ls2's...or wait and save a ltl more and buy an 05 GTO...If i do trade i am going to miss the body style and the work i put in the Trans am..
I loved the interior, and the ride comfort..so smooth compared to the trans am ..i may go back tomorrow..is there anything specific i should look for (problems) that i may of looked over..besides that loved the car..so i may be saying goodbye to the trans am and welcoming the GTO

Dunno, 51k miles seems like a lot for that price, I think you can do better. If you really want a 05, save up a little more cash and find your dream car.

Wait and find a LS2 one. I heard they are quite a bit faster than the LS1 GTO's. I really like that blue though. I think you can find a better deal

You can find a better deal. The blue leather looks like crap when it gets dirty too. Id save and get an 05-06.

Save up and get what you really want, if you dont you'll only regret it in the long run.

My opinion is-

You will love switching to a GTO.

Go ahead and find an LS2... might as well start off w/ 50 more horses, right?

Visit LS2GTO.com if you haven't already, it's a very informative site where you can find out about quirks.

15K isn't a bad price for a 04 in general. But you should be able to find one with under 30K miles for that price.

Yea, it tends to get kinda powdery/ashy looking. It just needs more attention than the black.

when you do look cars over:
check the shifter/trans out good..see how notchy the gears feel etc.
Look under the rear around the CV's ...if you see grease splatters on the underside it's a good indication they broke a CV at one time...good way to determine what kinda driving the car had.
Check the spare tire well to look for holes drilled thru the floor....good indicator if there was nitrous on the car.
