actually, it works for 99-02 f-bodies and 99-04 corvette.

 

Will it permanently delete codes (O2s and such) ?

 

it does not delete any codes. it widens the parameters to a point where a code shouldn't be set.

So does this handheld have to be reflashed in order to use it on my car (I know some of the others lock to the original cars VIN and need a reflash before they can be used again on another car)

 

Nope as long as you put it back to stock settings, you can use it on any cars.
