I have one with no ring and pinion, it does have axles and center section(it was a 3.23 geared car so the center section would be good for someone) which is enough to roll a car around on(i know that is what i used it for). I figure the center section is worth something, I'll let it go for $75...i'm in deer park, let me know if interested
