I am not sure how it comes from SLP. There is 3 different sections plus the two tips.

 

Yes, it appears that it does. The right section comes with the over-axle hoop, & about a foot of section for the left side.
The left section splits there as seen in the photo. You can see the color difference.
So, he's correct. 3 sections, plus each individual tip.
This is the older design LM I, not the newer 'modular' design they list now. Only difference is that the resonator in this one is actually part of the tubing.
Does that help make the sale?!?
Only thing that may make a difference if it was for the LT1 application or the LS1.
