Thumbs up Ported Throttle Body Sale!!

PTB Throttle Bodies

Well i am finally a sponsor here and would like to start out with a sale that will last the month of March. I will be discounting every throttle body i offer by $10 and by another $10 if you send me yours to do.
www.performancethrottlebodies.com is my website

The reason for the extra discount is that i have a limited number of cores(12) so return time is a factor. And this way if your car is a daily driver you can still enjoy a PTB throttle body without any down time.

I will also be offering non polished throttle bodies that will be cheaper than the polished ones for more bang for the buck.

i make ever throttle body to your specs.
- Custom made with following options
- Fully ported removes .120 in ridge
- Fully polished to a mirror finish
- Blade knife-edged
- Throttle shaft cut in half
- Bump-stop mod, 90* blade opening
- Fully epoxied for better air flow

All prices have shipping included in them also.....

ls1/Ls6 Prices for people that send in their core.......
Ported and Polished w/epoxy $70
Ported and Polished no epoxy $60
Ported only with epoxy $60
Ported only no epoxy $50

ls1/Ls6 Prices for people that need me to send them mine first.......
Ported and Polished w/epoxy $80
Ported and Polished no epoxy $70
Ported only with epoxy $70
Ported only no epoxy $60

there will also be a $60 core charge added, which will be 100% refunded when you core is recieved. This works out great for daily driven cars.

Example.... Say you want a ported and polished tb no epoxy, paypal me $70 + $60 core so $130 total. i ship out the completed tb, you get it, swap them out when you can, put yours back in the same box and packaging i sent you and send it back to me when you get time. As soon as i recieve it, i will refund you $60 and you have a PTB tb for $70 total and no down time.

i also do ls2's, c5's, truck tb's, ctsv's, lt1's, tpi's, anything that can be ported i will do.

Make sure you make a note that has your name, return address, ls1tech sn, and what you want done in the box. Thanks.

pm me or email me at Tim@performancethrottlebodies.com if you have any questions or placing a order.

Here are some pics of my work. Same tb's that you will recieve with your order.....

All Ls1 throttle body housings are the exact same. Whats different are the cam drives, 98-99 have a smaller cam and 00-02 have the larger cam. They can not be switched form one to another. You will definitely feel a difference in throttle response along with 5-8 hp ona stock car. I have yet to get ona dyno(soon) but i have a ms3 cam only car and i gained .2 and 1.5 mph with the stock ls1 manifold choking me up top. On stock cars i have seen at least a .1 and 1mph gain.

Basically the epoxy fills in the large gap where the iac and vacume ports are. I then drill it out to retain stock driveability. It helps smooth out the airflow and reduces turbulence, which makes more power, might not be anything noticeable but its something. if you notice all aftermarket tb's are just drilled for the ports.

if i recieve the throttle body on a thursday or friday, you can expect it to be sent out the same day or next day at the latest. I can really only port thursday thru sunday. so basically no more than a 1 day turn around. I also ship priority witha tracking number, so shipping is 2 days or less. Thats included in the price.
