early version.
Unless your going to be in the 1500HP and up range I wouldn't worry about not being able to use the inside valley bolt (12 o'clock bolt).
The block deck is very strong on these, coupled with a thick deck cylinder head (good aftermarket casting) you will be fine with anything under the 1500HP range. The important additional bolt to have is the outside (header side) one. That is is where the heat is at!

Surprisingly no-one has snagged this beast up yet.
This engine will go 880-890HP NA w/o much effort (920-930HP paying attention to detail) using a good LS7 top end (Mast 285-305cc, All Pro 12-1/12-4, RHS LS7 elite, Brodix BR LS-7, Frankenstein LS7), All-Pro/Mast LS7 4500 intake. Then hit it with the spray. 1250-1300HP all day long on smaller shot.
Should be good for low, low 8's in a 3200# ride.

I've got a set of warhawk 285 as cast ls7 heads. How well do you think they would be with this setup if I sent them off to Frankenstein to get ported? I've got jesel rockers and manley titanium intake and exhaust valves (big valve).
