2002 ss camaro 402 tony mamo top end , viper spec t56 , dana 60
Year: 2002
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $17000
Mileage: 151000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NY
Color: Silver
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
Body: again has 151,000 on it and is in amazing shape . All of the panels are straight minus one little dent on top of the left quarter . When I say small it tiny . There are a couple chips on one of the doors and the edge of the hood from normal driving and what not . The rest of the car again looks like it has 50k on it and a nice 50k . I had the ss grill insert painted black and a black manta stripe put on the hood . I replaced the sail panel over this winter with one off of a 1996 car due to the nice job GM did with their glue . The t-tops are in good shape and do not leak and I had the center divider painted along with the sail panel .
Interior : again it is all in great shape . No rips or tears in the leather . The dash is in perfect shape with no cracks of any kind . Same for the door panals . It has a pioneer touchscreen radio with a mantra install kit which i have not had painted but still looks ok being the matt black that it is .
Motor : Most of the parts I purchased thru Tony Mamo when I got the heads from him . It is an ls2 block that was decked and block plate honed and installed a callies compstar stroker crank , compstar rods and wiseco pistons . The compression is right around 11.5:1 Ati underdrive dampner . TSP ported LS6 oil pump . The heads are Mamo's 235's and as always with him are a work of art . I got them with the 10mm yella terra rocker arm upgrade and light weight intake valves . The cam was speced by tony and I used johnson short travel lifters with manton 3 piece pushrods and a c7r timing chain with new sprockets . The fast 102 was ported by tony and has a fast 102 throttle body and fast toys 102 lid , 104 mass air meter and an ssra ram air intake . The water pump and alternator are also new acdelco units . It has texas speed 1 7/8 long tubes and a kooks true dual exhaust . LS3 injectors and fuel rail . Racetronix pump and hot wire kit .
Drivetrain : Spec p-trim twin disc that I got an amazing deal on and planned on spraying a 200 shot or I would have went with something a little less aggressive but I do like it . Tick adjustable master . The t56 I just went through this winter and installed a viper mainshaft , AMP viper spec input shaft , steel 3/4 shift fork , new blocker rings , new 1/2 slider assembly and second gear . new bearings , bronze shift fork pads and isolater cup . MGW shifter . Strange chomemoly driveshaft and 30 spline slip yoke . Strange dana 60 with 4.10 gears and trutrac . The differential I had scuffed , epoxy primered and base coat/cleared glass black .
Suspension : The front has stock k-member and control arms . The rear is all spohn and black in color . It has a full length torque arm with relocation tranmission cross member . The control arms and panhard are both adjustable and have the del-sphere bushings on both ends . Viking coil overs on all 4 corners . Stock sway bars . I was planning on putting different ones in but never did . I put CTS-V calipers on the front with 2010 camaro rotors . The rear are stock with new rotors and pads . All of the brake hoses are new braided hoses. The ABS was deleted and a line loc installed . It currantly has black c6 ZR1 wheels on it with 265/40 18 on the front and the rears are 305/30 19 all are bridgestone re11 tires . I still have the stock grey 10 spoke wheels also and depending on what I get I also have a brand new set of polished race stars new in the box 15x10 and 17x4 .
I am sure there are things I am forgetting and will add them as I remember or ask any questions that you want to know . I had planned on spraying it but never got it back on the dyno to tune it with nitrous so never did so the pictures still have the kit on the car . The kit is for sale in anouther add . I have other priorities in life going on and I am most likely taking a pay cut where I am now so I figured I would sell the car and pay things off and move on with my life some where new instead of dealing with the same BS where I am at . I am asking $17000 . I put wellll over that into parts not including labor or tuning . Hell the bill from tony alone for parts was just shy of 10k last year he has a way of talking you into bigger and better things lol

Hope you had a great time with it after you finally got all the mods complete.....car had to be a blast to drive with that level of power!! Very impressive.....guys I will vouch for the fact it does cost in the vicinity of 10K to get this much from your stock block...if you're thinking about modding your own car, weigh and factor that in when you're considering this car for purchase
It's more expensive than most folks realize to truly make big power when the smoke clears....as the costs keep adding up most start shying away and the corners begin to get cut ultimately reducing the net results come dyno day
OP.....Good luck with the sale
