Hello I have a new set of 15in Weld racing wheels. Model Weld Star RT 15x 5 x 4 3/4 with brand new Mickey Thompson ET street radial pro 275/60/R15. Wheels and tires are new never mounted. Took me over a month receive. Looking for a local purchase. In Houston TX
