Talking We know I can powder coat, but can I polish? Pics inside:)

I think everyone has seen plenty of my powder **** at this point. I hadn't really posted any of my polishing though.

Just did these items for an LS1tech member. Stuff is hard as hell to take good pictures of, I did my best, some traces of acetone from removing the compound make the metal a hair "fuzzy" with the flash. Oh well lol.

Ported the TB with the usual mods(bump stop, halfed shaft, etc). Gave the inside a little bling

Outside..all castings and numbers shaved of course

MAF ends..exterior shaved of all casting marks, etc as well and polished bolts for that extra touch.

I mentioned in another thread I'd post some pics of the sled parts I was doing in a really cool powder for a local ls1tech member so here they are. Its a multi color holgraphic effect over black, pretty neat. He gave me like half a snowmobile to do lol, took only a few pics.

I tried to get the colors in the pic but its really hard

next up will be more calipers and throttle bodies as always and also a FAST intake Nitro Dave sent me to add my touch of bling to

Let me know what you think.

Shaved and polished MAF ends and polished bolts is $60.

Throttle body polished is $110 and includes free powder coating of the cam gear in color of your choice. Add $65 for porting, bump stop, half shaft, etc.

NaperWS6, I could shave a few bucks for not having to ship the stuff back to you, sure.

Jonas--big *** oven is working well, yup. Everything is cleaned up and organized again, place was a disaster when you were there with all the horsing around we did to get that thing in there and wired up lol.

oh, and here is the FAST i did tonite for Nitro Dave at N20 Outlet.

I shaved all the logos/lettering and smoothed the runners as well. Powder is a medium gray with low level metallic and a super clear over it all. You can see the corner of the big boy oven in the last pic sitting next to my small oven. I still use the little guy for small parts to save time, big oven takes over 20 minutes to get up to temp.
